Mafia 2 and 3 Definitive Editions Are Out Now; Comparison With Originals


As long rumored, and eventually confirmed a week ago, the fan-favourite Mafia series is finally back. As leaked , 2K has pulled a surprise release for the Mafia 2 and 3 Definitive Editions today itself when they were supposed to announce something for the fans. Both the games are available to purchase and download, right now.

The Mafia 3 Definitive Edition is just the main game bundled with all Story DLC and Bonus Packs in one place.

While the Mafia 2 Definitive Edition is an “ ultra HD remaster ” of the 2010 masterpiece, with new textures, lighting and effects, and includes all DLC content.

Owners of the original titles will be getting the Definitive Editions for free, except Mafia 1. The Mafia: Definitive Edition is a complete remake from the ground up with enticing new breathtaking visuals and new content.

Mafia: Definitive Edition Mafia II: Definitive Edition  will be automatically granted to all existing owners of  Mafia II  on Steam today for free. Additionally, all existing  Mafia III  owners on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam will be upgraded to  Mafia III: Definitive Edition  today at no additional cost. If you own a combination of titles, you’ll have a cheaper upgrade offer to complete your trilogy.
