Introducing Monday Moore Mantras for the Home Care Community

Ankota COO, Sara Moore, has created a few initiatives to spark conversations about community in the home care industry lately.
Among other efforts, she created AHomeCareCommunity.com to provide a place online for folks in home care to share ideas, offer Best Practices and resources, and to promote events. She has also started "Monday Moore Mantras." She recently sent an email introducing this initiative, to Ankota customers, but I thought it would be helpful to share it here too:

What a year.

We can all probably agree that we have had better. However, if we had to pick a positive (yes, you have to pick just one) one of my favorite parts of
this year is the unique opportunity we have in ways to build online communities.

My passion is bringing our home care community together to continually grow and learn. With that in mind, my team and I have created an online community for the home care industry called
aHomecareCommunity.com.

And don't worry, our goal is to welcome all to the community, regardless if they use Ankota or not.

To help spark conversations, I will send out an occasional note with a "Monday Moore Mantra".

So here we go, your first Monday Moore Mantra! Are you ready? Here it is:

Change comes when a community cares

Today's mantra was inspired by this quote from
Margaret J. Wheatley :
"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about."

Today's Call to Action: I would like to invite you to introduce yourself to aHomecareCommunity
.
Let's begin by clicking the previous link to join the conversation and saying hi if you're just joining, or if you are a community veteran, please help welcome the new members!

With hope and gratitude,

Sara Moore, Chief Operating Officer
