Endeavor Nigeria’s MD/CEO steps down, moves to Endeavor Mentor program

Endeavor Nigeria’s MD and CEO, Eloho Omame, has stepped down. Endeavor Nigeria announced this and the appointment of a new MD and CEO via their Twitter page.
Eloho also took to Endeavor Nigeria’s medium page to make her exist public. In a 9-paragraphed piece titled “Welcome, Tosin Faniro-Dada to the Endeavor Family!” she described her journey in the company and celebrated some milestones.
She wrote: “Today is my last day as Managing Director & CEO of Endeavor Nigeria. It’s a bittersweet moment; I have run Endeavor Nigeria since February 2018, when I launched the office as a team of one, working from my dining room table for the first couple of months. It’s been a truly great ride, and I am thankful that the organization has grown from strength to strength in its mission to lead the high-impact entrepreneurship movement in Nigeria.”
Since Endeavor Nigeria’s launch in 2018 with Eloho as the only team member, she has scaled the company’s pool of entrepreneurs from four to sixteen and its mentor network to about 30 business leaders.
Some of the entrepreneurs include;
Ekechi Nwokah (Migo)
Tayo Oviosu and Jay Alabraba (Paga)
Obi Ozor and Ife Oyedele (Kobo360),
Abasi Ene-Obong (54gene)
Bukky George (HealthPlus)
Moses Babatope and Kene Okwuosa (FilmHouse & FilmOne)
Gbenga Agboola and Ife Orioke (Flutterwave)
Chijioke Dozie and Ngozi Dozie (Carbon),
Jasper Graf von Hardenberg and Christian Wessels (Daystar Power)
Etop Ikpe (Autochek)
While Tosin Faniro-Dada, the former Director of Programmes and Coordination at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), will take Eloho's position, Eloho will transition to Endeavor Mentor Program.
Tosin Faniro-Dada "I am excited to be handing the wheel to Tosin Faniro-Dada, who until recently, was Director of Programmes & Coordination at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). I first met Tosin four years ago when we worked together on launching Lagos Innovates,  and I am certain that she is the Managing Director that Endeavor Nigeria needs in this next phase. We ran a rigorous search process, and Tosin was the overwhelming favorite. As CEO, Tosin will also take over my board seat as an executive director while I transition to the Endeavor Mentor program. She starts her new role on March 1, 2021, and I wish her every success," Eloho Omame.
Eloho has been a part of the team running the Endeavor Nigeria’s mentorship program for the past three years. So it’s assumed that transitioning fully as a member of the Endeavor Mentor Program wouldn’t be tasking.
Some of the business leaders under the Endeavor Mentor network who devote their resources, network, and time to groom Endeavor Entrepreneurs include; Yinka Edu (Partner, Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie), Stephane Timpano (Managing Partner, Bain & Company), Sean Hsu (Group President and CEO,...
