A Mixed-Signal LED Clock
The term "mixed-signal" typically refers to circuits and integrated circuits (ICs) that process both analog and digital signals. In this context, the designation "A mixed-signal LED clock" may be somewhat misleading, as this is a fully digital clock. However, the...
Arduino Motion Sensor
Give your Arduino board a motion sense around it! Use any Arduino board: Uno, Mega, Duemilanove etc.
To implement motion sensing capabilities with an Arduino board, a typical circuit would involve the integration of a passive infrared (PIR) sensor, which is...
LED monitor for 12V Battery
A Very Simple circuit and some Variations. Play with it.
All parts are cheap and should be easily obtained. None are very critical.
The circuit in question is a basic electronic assembly designed for educational purposes and experimentation. It typically consists of...
Arduino on a prototype board
The USB to RS232 converter is called USB-2-bot and comes from another project. Any other converter would work as well, e.g. this USB-TTL-232-cable from adafruit. It has an ISP connector to program the bootloader and a serial connection used for...
arduino pwm hb
Connecting and programming the TA8050 DC motor controller with the Arduino microcontroller.
The TA8050 is a versatile DC motor controller designed for use with microcontrollers, such as the Arduino. This controller allows for precise control of DC motors, making it suitable...
Microcontroller Programming 2
For this week's assignment, a chip design was provided, and the task was to incorporate a button and an LED (light-emitting diode). The objective was to fabricate the chip and program it to interact with the light and button. Given...
LED Boost converter Joule Thief circuit
Previously, a boost circuit was tested that enables the powering of a 3 V LED using a discharged battery (approximately 1 V or lower). This circuit consists of a single transistor, one resistor, and a small transformer with a 1:1...
15 v led flasher schematics
Many published circuits that flash LEDs require 3 volts or more. This circuit utilizes a single inexpensive C-MOS IC and can flash an LED for an entire year on a single 1.5-volt AA alkaline battery cell. The circuit employs a...
led fade in fade out
A small project in the second scene focuses on smoothly fading an LED in and out without using a microcontroller. Some modifications were made, including separating the transistors and changing the quality of the resistors. This is intended to reduce...
