This is an old Dynacord Eminent Amplifier, featuring 5 x ECC83, 2 x EL34, GZ34 rectifier and EM84 `Magic Eye`. It has two instrument and two microphone inputs with separate bass/treble controls and a master volume. I got it for 50 Euro in VERY used condition and spent about as much for new capacitors and a new EM84. The other tubes were still good

(Telefunken ECC83, rectifier and power tubes unreadable, probably Siemens). After disassembling and cleaning I tested every single part in it. The resistors were all good, but ALL the capacitors were leaky. I took 1000V polypropylene types, because these had roughly the same size (and my daughter liked that bright yellow. ). There was no way of getting a replacement for the filter can cap, so I made a new one from the old. Here is the article about can cap restoration. Put everything together again and it worked from the start. Great round and fat tone for bass, clean and loud (definitely no guitar amp for overdrive).
