To Automate Rolling Shutter Motor
To automate the opening and closing of a rolling shutter using a time-controlled switch, additional wiring will be necessary.
To implement an automated system for a rolling shutter, a time-controlled switch can be utilized to manage the operation of the shutter....
boost Why should I worry about a motor causing my supply voltage to shoot up when the back-EMF cant exceed the supply voltage
In motor control circuits, precautions must be taken to prevent the motor from feeding back into the power supply, which can cause the supply voltage to rise and potentially damage components. However, unless an external force is accelerating the motor,...
Mousebot Revisited
Mousebot from Make vol 2 is a fun introduction to robotics. This documentation provides an expanded overview of a Mousey build from start to finish.
The Mousebot project serves as an engaging entry point into the world of robotics, particularly suitable...
Robotics Art
This page contains links to various projects and items of interest for the RoboticsArt Studio class projects.
The RoboticsArt Studio class projects encompass a range of innovative endeavors that integrate art and robotics. These projects typically involve the design, assembly, and...
Belt conveyor interlock motor operation sequence control circuit
The circuit depicted in Figure 3-86 utilizes a line utilization time relay to control two motors, starting one before the other after an initial stall. The time relay KTi can be adjusted to modify the starting interval of the two...
2Y-Y-2 - connection four-speed motor switch control circuit
The 3-119 circuit shown in the figure combines switch SA to realize the stator windings, specifically the 2, Y, and 2Y connections, which correspond to the motor speed n1.
The 3-119 circuit is designed to facilitate the control of motor speed...
Direction and speed control
This circuit functions similarly to the one depicted in Fig. 57-4. The key differences include the placement of the field across the rectified supply and the armature being positioned within the SCR bridge. Therefore, the field current is unidirectional while...
Gray Projects
After learning to operate the device, it became evident that inertia posed a significant challenge. The constructed system is notably heavy, making it difficult to initiate motor operation at full speed. Despite having some understanding of physics, practical experience is...
Gate automatic lamp circuit
The circuit utilizes multiple integrated circuits to form an automatic lighting device that is activated by door and window sensors. It includes CD4093 digital integrated circuits, a relay, and a power supply circuit. The system typically remains closed when a...
