The Tayloe Mixer A Low Noise Solution circuit

Here's a way to get a short range bidirectional RF (Radio Frequency) channel on a microcontroller, using the controller's tristatable I/O pins and on-chip comparator with a few passive components. The range with the firmware and simple I came up...

RF 433MHz - 3 channels remote control

The schematic is very simple and includes, in addition to Nutchip, with its three driving transistor and LED, the radio receiver. The data come from the OUT pin of the receiver and enter the pin REMOTE remote control. The RESET...

mixer

An electronic project detailing a D.C. mixer for synthesizers and various control applications. The D.C. mixer circuit is designed to combine multiple direct current (DC) signals into a single output, making it particularly useful in synthesizer applications where different control voltages...

low noise receive aerial

This afternoon, there have been numerous transatlantic reports of a 10m WSPR signal, including reports from Russia and Brazil. Sackville Gardens is blooming, serving as one of the few oases in Manchester city center. In various social activities, the Two...

wireless temperature sensor

Here is the Arduino code for reading incoming packets from the XBee and displaying the received analog sample on the LED display. Parsing an XBee packet is complex, but it becomes manageable after studying the documentation. The code defines constants...

building rf remote control

The simplest approach to creating a remote-controlled robot is to repurpose a low-cost wireless toy car by removing its receiver module and remote control. Alternatively, one can design a custom RF remote using an ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) based transmitter/receiver...

Wireless video camera link

This high-performance video camera link transmits signals from a video camera to a VCR or from a VCR to TVs throughout a home. The initial stage of the RF chain features a crystal-controlled oscillator, Q1, operating at a frequency range...

Low Power Wireless Audio Power Amplifier as baby mointor

This appears to be an infrared (IR) transmitter. IR signals do not penetrate walls, and it is assumed that this device is intended for use in a room separate from the one in which the user is located, rendering it...

Miniature MW Transmitter

Here is a very simple, inexpensive and interesting project which provides lot of fun to a home experimenter or hobbyist. This simple transmitter can transmit speeches or songs within a short range. The circuit uses only one transistor. The entire...
